Moving to a new area comes with risks. One requirement is that you will need to understand the customs of your new home. Large deposits of salt, potash, manganese, copper ore, and natural gas are good news for the economy. New Mexico remains the largest producer of uranium ore. New Mexico is a significant player in the modern high tech economy. Los Alamos, New Mexico brings in a great deal of high tech jobs. Besides Los Alamos, most high tech careers are military defense related. In addition, Alburquerque has become the new place for manufacturing jobs. New Mexico has historically not been a popular tourism destination, however it does have tourists. Great attractions include the Carlsbad Caverns National Park and the Aztec Ruins National Monument. Visitors flock to these areas. If New Mexico is an option for a new place to reside then you can rest easily knowing the economy of New Mexico is just fine. The goverment provides a great number of jobs and the manufacturing sector is strong. The economy is gaining strength. The scenery is spectacular, not to mention a wonderful climate abounds. These factors make New Mexico a new habitat to many.
