They come here to try their skills on these complex and challenging waterways. Besides, there are plenty of campgrounds, resorts, and lodges in the area that make for perfect getaway spots from the madness of the rat race. The other big draw for vactioners is the wild life reserves and parks of Minnesota. These reserves are home to animals such as the eagles, bears, wolves, deer, moose and the crazy loons. It’s very easy to spot these animals on a visit to one of the reserves. To the serious wildlife enthusiast, there are deeper tracts of wilderness that surely have a richer collection of the flora and fauna. Minnesota is definitely not a "glitz and glamour" kind of state. Its residents tend to be down to earth and true lovers of Nature and the splendor of the natural world which is probably why they have done such a remarkable job preserving their state.
